The family plan + shared vaults with 1Password is extremely convenient, especially as the guy who manages everyone else's security in my family-including my parents who would be using like 1-2 easy passwords for everything. (And iCloud Keychain isn't all that useful for keep non-password material safe.) I can't speak for LastPass but shared vaults are the biggest deal for me over iCloud Keychain.
